Stefano Pasquali and Giangaetano Polenghi founded Canarias Property Solutions & Management Services, more simply CPS.

Combining the mutual skills, gained in over 30 years of experience in the International Real Estate Market, Pasquali and Polenghi with the foundation of Canarias Property Solutions set themselves the ambition to soon become an important point of reference in the Real Estate Market of the Canary Islands.

As a first objective, CPS will act as an intermediary for the sale, rental and leasing of real estate properties located on the island of Gran Canaria alone, but with the intention of expanding its operational base to all the Canary Islands.

Objectives that CPS intends to achieve by hiring other collaborators.
