Canarias Property Solutions can now count on its own Internet portal for the promotion of the real estate properties entrusted to it.

A fundamental element of its communication strategy, last summer CPS commissioned Sommaruga - Upgrade Labs to develop its Internet portal.

A first pilot project had already been presented in early September and these months have been useful to configure it so that it could better reflect the operational needs of CPS.

Characteristic of this portal is the rich list of options relating to internal services, the neighborhood, the area as well as other options that allow a precise classification of the building.

This differentiates the Canarias Property Solutions portal from other similar ones, favoring the correct communication of the value of the property due to the rich detail of its characteristics and the area in which it is located.

Now Canarias Property Solutions can begin to operate on the territory of the Canary Islands being able to rely on a valid tool to promote the real estate properties entrusted for sale, rent and lease.
